Thank you for your interest in working at Glacier Nursery, LLC! If you have enjoyed working on a farm, in a greenhouse, performed landscaping, sold plants in a garden center, been a greenskeeper, or even worked in a community garden, we would be interested in visiting with you.
Our mission at Glacier Nursery, LLC is to provide high quality, hardy plants to our customers at competitive prices. We work hard to make sure each plant we grow is landscape ready. There are three main departments at Glacier Nursery that each contribute to this goal: Production, Order Fulfillment, and Administration.
The work is almost entirely outdoors, physically demanding, mentally challenging, and changes with the four seasons. We work in a structured atmosphere and are committed to safety and efficiency.
Hours are 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday through Friday with overtime available during the height of the season.
Glacier Nursery, LLC promotes from within; opportunities for advancement and year-round work with benefits are available to the right candidates.
What We Do
Production
Our Production Crews for Trees, Shrubs, and Perennials oversee the production, care, and maintenance of our nursery stock, including planting, potting, digging, trimming, fertilizing, and irrigation. Most people who join us at the Nursery start here!
Order Fulfillment
The Pulling Crew selects quality plants for our customers and prepares them for shipping or pick up. The Shipping Crew handles each plant with care as they load them onto refrigerated trailers to be shipped across the state.
Administration
The Office Crew is the face of the Nursery to our customers, and works hard to provide quality customer service over the phone and in person, take orders, handle invoicing, purchasing, bookkeeping, and make sure the day to day of the Nursery is running smoothly.
