Perhaps the very best of the dwarf lilacs, and a good four season plant. Fragrant pale lilac flowers in spring, dark glossy green summer foliage, burgundy fall color and an attractive winter habit. Hardy. More vigorous and adaptable in Montana than its close cousin Syringa meyeri ‘Palibin’. Grafted on a 40” standard.
