We offer over 900 varieties of trees, shrubs, evergreens, and perennials, and have approximately 200,000 container plants and 2,500 B&B trees on site by May 1st, available for pickup or delivery April-October, saving you from having to maintain a costly inventory.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

• A Montana State Nursery license is required to purchase plant material from us.

• We require a minimum order of $200.00. Orders that do not total $200.00 or more will be subject to a $25.00 surcharge.

• We request orders be placed 24 hours in advance.

• Orders delayed 30 days or more past the scheduled shipment or pickup date are subject to cancellation if not rescheduled.

We accept orders subject to crop conditions and with the understanding that we may cancel a portion of the order should injury befall our stock from causes beyond our control such as frost, hail, windstorms, drought, or other weather conditions, errors in count, disease and insect injury, or other natural causes.

We deliver weekly to most of Montana, and parts of Wyoming and the Dakotas from April-October. Nursery stock is shipped in 53′ refrigerated over the road semi trucks so your order arrives to you in prime condition, no matter the weather conditions. Orders placed by Thursday at 4:00PM can be delivered as soon as the following Friday, subject to order size and delivery location. Freight starts at $275.00 and is calculated based on invoice amount. We may or may not be able to accommodate deliveries outside of Montana, Wyoming, or the Dakotas – please inquire.

A Quantity Discount applies to individual varieties ordered in quantities of 5 or more. Price breaks at quantities of 25 or more and 50 or more are also available on select varieties.

A 2% Prompt Payment Discount is offered to customers with established credit and credit applications on file who pay in full within 10 days of the invoice date. Payments made by credit card are not eligible for this discount.

Frequently Asked Questions

A minimum order of $200.00 is required for pick up here at the nursery. Orders that do not total $200.00 or more are subject to a $25.00 surcharge.

Plants that are shipped on trucks we arrange have a minimum charge for freight. The minimum charge ranges from $275.00 to $400.00 depending on the mileage and the route from Kalispell to your destination. Freight charges are calculated based on the distance driven and the invoice amount.

Claims

We warranty, to the extent of the purchase price only, that nursery stock sold is in good healthy condition when leaving our nursery, is true to name, and as described within recognized tolerances.

Any claim regarding incorrect counts, breakage, or stock quality must be made in writing within 10 days of delivery.

Claims of stock viability for spring delivered material must be made no later than May 31st.

Credits for nursery stock will be issued as replacement plants.

We are not responsible for the results secured in transplanting.
